Paver Sealing Services

Sealing is the application of a specially formulated coating to the surface of brick or concrete pavers. It provides these benefits:
• Inhibits the growth of mold and mildew
• Helps repel oil stains
• Makes cleaning of the pavers easier and more effective
• Protects paver color from fading

Cherub Pressure Washing crews prepare pavers for sealing by cleaning them first. During this step, we remove all dirt, debris, and mold using cleaning agents and water under high pressure. Re-sanding is sometimes necessary (building up the sand between the pavers) before we apply sealant.

When pavers have been cleaned and re-sanded, they’re ready to be sealed. Customers can choose between a matte semi-gloss finish or a high-gloss finish for a overall gleaming appearance. Note, the shiny finish tends to wear off faster than the matte finish.
